Comparison

# FirstPass Memo vs human quick deal reviews (Centurica, FlipAudit, WebAcquisition)

Short answer: A human quick review costs $199 to $390 per listing and gives you an expert's opinion: a 15-minute call at Centurica ($199), short-form written advice at FlipAudit ($200, credited toward a full report) or an emailed review at WebAcquisition ($390, or $330 each for five). FirstPass is automated and works from the listing alone: a free checker, then a memo (free in the beta, $99 after). Use FirstPass to cut a shortlist to one or two listings, then pay a person to look at those.

## What do the quick reviews cost, and what do you get?

- Centurica Quick Deal Review, $199. A 15-minute live call with an advisor, booked after you order and answer a few questions; Centurica says it can often spot red flags "with only a url to work with".

- FlipAudit Quick Review, $200. You submit documents and answer key questions and receive short-form advice on red flags. The fee is credited if you convert to a full report (Red Flag Report $950, Standard $1,750, Deep Dive $2,250).

- WebAcquisition Pre-LOI Quick Deal Review, $390 for one deal by email, or a 5-deal package at $330 per deal.

## How do they compare?

FirstPass and human quick reviews, as listed on 10 October 2026

| Option | Price | Works from | What you get |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| FirstPass red-flag checker | Free, no sign-up | Listing text and numbers you paste | 33 published rules run in your browser; payback, asking multiple vs comparable listings, top flags with seller questions |
| FirstPass Memo | Free during the beta; then $99 (first memo $79 for waitlist members). Not on sale yet | The public listing or pasted text, plus your criteria | Every flag ranked, payback sensitivity, ranked seller questions, checked against your own limits |
| Centurica Quick Deal Review | $199 | The listing and your answers | 15-minute live call with an advisor |
| FlipAudit Quick Review | $200, credited to a full report | Documents you submit and your answers | Short-form advice on red flags |
| WebAcquisition Quick Deal Review | $390, or $330/deal for 5 | The deal you send | Review by its analysts, by email |

## Which should you use?

- Screen five listings for less than one review. Five quick reviews cost $995–$1,950. The FirstPass checker costs nothing, and you can run every listing on your shortlist.

- Pay a person when judgment matters. A human reviewer can spot things no rule covers and answer your questions live. FirstPass cannot.

- Neither is verification. Quick reviews and FirstPass both come before full due diligence, which checks the seller's accounts and documents.

## How can you try FirstPass for free?

Try the free first step. Paste a listing into the FirstPass red-flag checker (https://firstpassmemo.com/checker/): payback, the asking multiple against comparable listings and the top flags, each with a question for the seller. Nothing you paste leaves your browser. Or download the 33-rule checklist (PDF) (https://firstpassmemo.com/get/33-rule-checklist.pdf).
