Short answer: the red-flag checker, calculators, checklists, guides and the browser extension are free with no account. A first-pass memo on one listing is $79, paid after delivery: we send the memo, then an invoice.

## How the memo works

- Send the listing link and your email (form below). Add your criteria if you have them.

- The memo arrives within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, once we have the listing details we need. We email you if anything is missing.

- You read it, then we send an invoice for $79. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT.

## How that compares
