## What buyers usually miss on Flippa

- Seller-typed figures. Listings without a Data Verified or Vetted badge show numbers the seller entered. Treat them as claims until you see the source. - Escrow and bid holds. Buyers pay Flippa escrow fees; bidding needs a small card hold, and larger bids need a higher authorisation. Factor those into all-in cost before you chase a deal.

- Recent months vs the average. A strong 12-month figure with a weak last month is common. Ask for monthly P&L before you message at length.

- Fees on the seller side. Flippa charges sellers a success fee from about 5%. That does not make a listing wrong; it does mean the platform is paid when a deal closes.
