Red-flag checker bookmarklet: check any listing in one click
Short answer: drag the button below to your bookmarks bar. On any business-for-sale listing (Flippa, Empire Flippers, Acquire.com, a broker page), click it: the page text opens in the free checker in a new tab and runs. No install, no account.

How it works, and what it sends
- It reads the text you have selected, or the whole visible page text if nothing is selected (first 12,000 characters).
- It opens firstpassmemo.com/checker/ with that text after the
#in the address. Browsers never send the part after#to a server, and the checker removes it from the address bar once loaded. - The checker then runs in your browser as usual. Nothing is stored or sent.
Tips
- Select just the listing's description and financials for the cleanest result.
- On mobile, use the checker directly, or the browser extension on desktop Chrome or Edge.
FAQ
Does the bookmarklet work on every site?
On most. A few sites block bookmarklets; in that case copy the listing text and paste it into the checker.
Is it safe?
The code is the button link itself: it reads page text and opens a new tab. It loads no external script.
