Pricing: what is free and what a memo costs

Short answer: the red-flag checker, calculators, checklists, guides and the browser extension are free with no account. A first-pass memo on one listing is $79, paid after delivery: we send the memo, then an invoice.

First-pass memo$79, pay after deliveryOne listing checked against your criteria: every flag ranked with the field it came from, payback if profit is lower, ranked seller questions. Web page and PDF. See sample memos.

How the memo works

  1. Send the listing link and your email (form below). Add your criteria if you have them.
  2. The memo arrives within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, once we have the listing details we need. We email you if anything is missing.
  3. You read it, then we send an invoice for $79. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT.

How that compares

Human quick deal reviews cost $199–$390 and a full red-flag review from about $950 (sources and dates in the comparison). Those work from seller documents or a person's judgement; a memo reads only the listing. Use a memo to decide which listing deserves that spend.

What a memo is not

Not a verification, valuation, audit or advice. It does not see seller documents or accounts. See the methodology.
