Short answer: paste one iframe tag and your readers can run any business-for-sale listing through FirstPass Memo's 33 published red-flag rules on your page. It is free, needs no key or account, sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and sends nothing the reader pastes anywhere: the check runs in the reader's browser.

Terms

Free for any site, including brokers and marketplaces. Please keep the "Free tool by FirstPass Memo" line visible.
Independence: FirstPass Memo is paid only by buyers. Embedding the checker does not buy a different result, and we never take money from sellers, brokers or marketplaces.
Privacy: the widget makes no network requests (its security policy sets connect-src 'none'), so the listing text a reader pastes never leaves their browser. It sets no cookies.
Informational screening, not advice. The checker reads only what is pasted and verifies nothing.
