Groups with fewer than 10 sold listings are left out of the table: SaaS (9). Multiples are the asking price divided by average monthly profit as listed.

What happened to the 91 listings we tore down?

We have published a first-pass teardown of 91 live Empire Flippers listings since 13 October 2026. On 25 October 2026: 81 were still for sale, 2 were pending sale, 1 was marked sold and 7 no longer appeared in the marketplace data (sold, withdrawn or paused; the data does not say which). 8 of the live listings were asking at least 5% less than when we read them, and 2 at least 5% more. Empire Flippers prices are a multiple of recent profit, so a price can move when the monthly figures update, not only when a seller cuts.

Is this FirstPass Memo data or Empire Flippers data?

The inputs are Empire Flippers' public marketplace data; the grouping, medians and counts are ours. We do not republish listing text. Figures are as listed by the marketplace and seller and are not verified.

How did we count?

On 25 October 2026 we read all 2,874 listings returned by Empire Flippers' public marketplace data (171 for sale, 21 pending sold, 2,682 sold). We kept sold listings whose first listing date is on or after 1 January 2025 and used the days on the marketplace that the data reports for each. Prices and multiples are asking figures; Empire Flippers does not publish the final sale price, and we limit the count to listings first listed since January 2025 so it reflects the current market. We refresh these figures when we update the page.
